FAQ's

At what age should my child have their first pediatric visit?

It is recommended to have your baby visit a pediatrician within the first week of life. Regular checkups are scheduled at key developmental stages, with well-child visits typically occurring at 1, 2, 4, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 24, and 36 months. After age 3, yearly visits are encouraged.

If your baby experiences difficulty breathing, poor feeding, excessive crying, or unusual skin color, seek immediate medical attention. Our neonatal team is here to provide expert care for newborns in need.

Vaccination is an essential part of keeping your child safe from preventable diseases. Our pediatricians follow the latest health guidelines to ensure your child is up-to-date on their vaccinations, protecting their health at every stage.

Pediatricians specialize in the care of children from birth to adolescence. Neonatologists, on the other hand, are pediatricians who focus on the care of newborns, particularly those who are premature or critically ill.

If your child has a fever, keep track of their temperature and ensure they stay hydrated. For mild fevers, over-the-counter medication may help, but always consult with our pediatricians if the fever lasts more than a few days or is accompanied by other concerning symptoms.

Maintaining good hygiene, such as regular handwashing and breastfeeding, along with keeping up-to-date on vaccinations, is essential in protecting your baby from illness. Our pediatric team can provide personalized tips for keeping your child healthy.
